Oversee the daily activities of a team assigned to multiple projects and cultivate an environment of sustained creativity and professional growth. Work collaboratively inside a cross-functional team, while providing design leadership inside a truly agile environment. Facilitate workshops with various stakeholders and users.

Work closely with Product Management/stakeholders and Engineering, providing design perspective to help ensure a unified and cohesive experience across the customer product ecosystem.

Lead a project team to achieve the highest level of performance without compromising timelines and team harmony. Set quality standards, with a deep understanding of the customer goals, business requirements and constraints, for qualitative foundational & evaluative research, insight articulation, experience model development (e.g., customer journeys, behavioural archetypes, service blueprints, experience maps, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. etc.), design and testing.

 

Lead and contribute to developing insights, defining, and prioritising opportunity areas, and envisioning concepts. Lead and contribute to creating meaningful customer/user feedback loops through build test & learn cycles. Lead and contribute to prioritising MVP features, building a backlog, and creating strategic product roadmaps.

 

Being part of the design discipline leadership in the studio, I am responsible to help cultivate the design culture in the team. Specifically: Manage direct reports and coach and mentor junior colleagues, providing guidance and support for their growth, and specific and actionable feedback. Take part in talent acquisition, either as a hiring manager, or member of hiring teams

​Collaborate on business development efforts with our BD Team and fellow discipline leaders - crafting approaches, writing proposals, and presenting to prospective clients.
